A parameter transferred in the batch commands from external devices (e.g. GKBK-PC, semi-dynamic

scale) was invalid. => Change software of the external devices.

C123

Error with external scales. Please note the

display on the scales.

remedy see display dyn. scale

Please verify the cable between dyn. scale and franking machine.

C124

Error protocol version of the scale.

The software version (protokoll) of the scale does not correspond with the ultimail.

Remedy:

Verify software releases of franking machine and external scale.

C150

Internal error: Accounting service cannot

be opened.

Security Modue not plugged / defective / sequence error H103

=>E: 1)plug SD correct check or 2) exchange adapter board in SD housing

3) exchange mainboard

Info:

Error C150 is only possible if the PSD is in the state valid.

The accounting service becomes open before the letter transport starts, to make sure everything is

ready (pieces- date credit money availeble...). C150 is a message byside of C109 and E113

Check the connection between main board, adapter board (in the PSD housing) and PSD

C151

No credit loaded to security module.

No money loaded / Security Module not plugged / defective

=>C: run TELESET

C152

No credit in this account.

=> C: run TELESET

C154

Internal error: Print image could not be

created!

Probably sequence error

=>C: clear error message, if necessary restart FM

C155

No account selected: Please insert an

access card.

Eventually a contact problem

=> C: check chip card, insert chip card with chip to the bottom, insert chip card beyond the pressure

point
