Security module communication error

Security device is not plugged in the right way or is defect.

Remedy:

Verify position of security device and perform selftest to check functionality.

E100

Unable to position (reference) print

cartridge direction.

Green catches at Inkjet cartridges are not latched / cartridge flap open

=> C: check green catches (start menu 'change ink cartridges' but abort after check), close cartridge

flap

=> T: 1) Enter service mode->motortest -> make refernce test several times. If the reference change

more than 5, please check RDS mover mechanic, is the set screw open (not tide)? (see service

manual Chap.3 page.8

2) run Sensortest may be the position sensors are defect!

The control data for the pen carrier is

=> T: check the RDS mover drive
